Returns & Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, refund requests are eligible within 7 days of receiving your package. If you wish to return an item for a refund or for any other reason, please contact us within this 7-day window so we can assist you promptly.

Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with a return form and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note the following return conditions:

  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving the return instructions.
  • Products must be returned undamaged, unopened, and in resellable condition.
  • Outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.


Important:

Please do not reject the package or mark it as “Return to Sender.” Carriers charge additional fees for these returns, and we cannot accept them in this manner. Always follow the return instructions provided by our team.

If folders, documents, or packaging are returned opened or damaged, a deduction of up to $40 per affected item may be applied to the refund.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package so we can assist you quickly.
To help us resolve the issue, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents.
  2. Keep all packaging materials and the shipping box.
  3. Email us at info@ripvault.co with your order number and photos attached.

Our team will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@ripvault.co with the subject line: CANCELLATION REQUEST Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, so cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will successfully cancel the order.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we will provide an update and guide you through the return process if needed.

Coupons & Pricing

Please make sure to apply any coupon codes during checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts after an order has been placed.

Coupon codes are only valid during their specified promotional period, and price adjustments cannot be made after purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If an address error occurs, we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot send a replacement while the original shipment is still in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, it may have been taken from your mailbox or porch. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages.
